Acceptable use
You agree not to use ChatTDlamini to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; to harass others; to infringe intellectual property rights; or to attempt to disrupt or compromise the service. Violations may result in account suspension.
AI-generated content
ChatTDlamini uses AI to generate responses. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information before relying on it. Do not use AI responses as professional advice.
Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to ChatTDlamini. By using the service, you grant us a license to process your content to generate responses and store your conversations. You can delete your content at any time.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through PayPal or Paystack. You can cancel anytime. Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Service availability
We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Free plan usage is subject to monthly message limits.
Intellectual property
ChatTDlamini, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without permission.
Limitation of liability
ChatTDlamini is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
