Your conversations and account data are stored securely on our platform. We use industry-standard encryption and access controls. Your conversations are private to your account and are not shared with other users unless you create a public share link.
Third-party services
ChatTDlamini uses third-party AI providers to generate responses, payment processors (PayPal and Paystack) for subscriptions, and Google Sheets for optional conversation export. These services have their own privacy policies that govern how they handle your data.
Cookies and local storage
We use local storage to remember your theme preference (light or dark mode) and to save message drafts while you type. No tracking cookies are used for advertising.
Your rights
You can export or delete your conversations at any time. You can delete your account by contacting support. You may also request a copy of your personal data or ask us to correct inaccurate information.
Data retention
We retain your conversations until you delete them. If you cancel a paid subscription, your data remains accessible under the free plan limits. Account data is deleted when you request account deletion.
Children's privacy
ChatTDlamini is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice in the app or sending an email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
